A Quarantine Anthem for the South Bend Region

Even amid a pandemic, local musicians continue to show up as some of the most committed and generous members of our community.

Today, fourteen musicians and South Bend Venues Parks and Arts released a new quarantine anthem for the region. It features portraits of residents on front porches and an arrangement of the late Bill Withers’ “Lean on Me” with an original verse from Heyzeus, and production from Chuck Fry, Ryan Blaske, Eli Kahn, and Buddy Pearson.

I promise, Heyzeus rapping while flying over the river is what you need to make it through quarantine.
